Attorney Raiche is a native of Manchester, New Hampshire. He graduated in 1968 from Nathaniel Hawthorne College with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science and later received his Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Raiche earned his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1980, and was admitted to the New Hampshire and Federal Bar that same year. He was chosen “Lawyer of the Year” in 1993 by the membership of the Manchester Bar Association.
Mr. Raiche’s political experience includes serving for four years as Democratic Leader in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, and served eight years in that legislative body. He was a candidate for Governor of New Hampshire in 1972. At Nathaniel Hawthorne College he was a member of the Political Science faculty, Dean of Admissions, and Assistant To The President For External Affairs. Mr. Raiche was U.S. Marshal for New Hampshire from 1977-80, appointed to that office by President Jimmy Carter.
Mr. Raiche has received numerous honors throughout his career, including his appointment as Honorary Consul to France, International and National Chairman of the Board of the Partners of the Americas, and President of Manchester’s Joliet Club. Attorney Raiche speaks French fluently.
